The trail features beautiful waterfalls, stunning landscapes, and bamboo forests. So the 13 crossings trail along the makamakaole stream would not necessarily be considered an easy hike. Maui’s lush landscapes and verdant landscape are home to some of the most stunning waterfalls in the hawaiian islands. Ready for a hike that really keeps you on your toes.

acompanhates gravataí This wild ride through the rainforest clocks in at around 3. Tucked away on the lesserexplored west side of maui, makamakaʻole falls offers a beautiful 270foot cascade, split into two distinct tiers. The terrain is rocky, uneven, and steep. Each fork ends with a waterfall, each is about 5 minutes from the fork, so worthwhile to visit both. alena chicago models
78a hampden art Ready for a hike that really keeps you on your toes. The obvious reason for this name is the number of times the trail crosses the stream before you eventually end at a series of waterfalls. It takes about 2 hours total in and out to reach the falls. You cross the stream 13 times to reach the falls. The quickest way to get to this is by driving from the center of the island, but it is also a great place to check out after driving maui’s western loop, starting from. adultsearch staten island
7743291129 The makamakaole stream 13 crossings trail is an exciting and unique journey through the heart of maui’s lush landscapes. A 5 mile ungraded ridge with epic coastal and valley views will be sure to satisfy that hiking fix. In fact, if you do like ‘wet’ hikes, the kind of hike you’re going to get wet on, then 13 crossings is about as easy as they come. While it’s not exactly an easy hike, it’s also not the hardest one you’ll find or even find on maui for that matter. This hidden gem of a trail crosses the makamaka’ole stream, and finishes with a close look at the lower section of makamaka’ole falls. 2133628497
